  First of all I want to say great blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't
  mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to
  writing. I have had trouble clearing my
  thoughts in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes
  are lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
  Any suggestions or hints? Cheers!

  Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
  I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
  There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never
